If used for wonderwitch only.Only need program a wonderwitch os(via programmer, or wsc flasher).Otherwwise, you need a flasher.on my website: http://www.famulator.com, there is a demo flasher(I have new one now).

I have three kinds of wonderswan flash cartridges.1 Wonderdog V1 (256Kbit sram+64Mbit flash rom，its cheap)2 Wonderdog V3 (2048Kbit sram+ 4Mbit flash rom,wonderwitch compatible)3 Wonderdog V3 (2048Kbit sram+64Mbit flash rom)
Any others do you need? V1 with eep?
